Pinups - Missing Her Boy

A new airbrushed style pinup photo featuring Alisha, one of my all time favorite pinup models, in this classic example of 'thinking of my guy overseas' in the 1940s. Rather than just waiting around for the war to end and their boy to come home, many women joined the call of Rosie the Riveter and joined the industrial workforce, which until then was unheard of for women. But their contributions to the war were incredible with thousands of aircraft, vehicles, and ships produced every day!
