Today's airbrushed style pinup is another in the Propaganda Pinup Poster series this time featuring a brand new face... Erin! This poster celebrates the call to the homefront and the industrial might to keep the tanks rolling through rationing, production, and buying the all important War Bonds and Stamps. You had to ration the metals, food, gas, etc needed to make the tanks... you had to work hard in the factories building the tanks... and you had to make sure you give 10% for War Bonds and Stamps so more tanks could be made! Erin is wearing a 'pinup' version of the standard tank crewman from the tanker jacket, tanker helmet with throat mic and other electronics, and Thompson machine gun riding atop a M4A1 Sherman Tank.
